Travel cancellation & cancellation

Travel cancellation:

We recommend our guests to take out HotelstornoPlus travel insurance. You can find more information here: HotelstornoPlus services + additional Covid19 services .

Cancellation conditions :

up to 3 months before the day of arrival free of charge

• 3 months to 1 month before arrival 40% of the total price of the stay
• 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70% of the total price of the stay
• 1 week before arrival 90% of the total price of the stay

Arrival Departure

• Check in between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m.
• Check out no later than 10 a.m.

Prices and payment

The apartment prices are per apartment and day for self-catering – excluding local taxes and excluding local taxes. Final cleaning. The room price is per room and day for self-catering – excl. Local tax. Payment by bank transfer, e-banking, ATM or EC card or cash on site.

Bread service

On request, our baker will spoil you with fresh bread every day.

Non-smoker – smoker?

We would like to point out that smoking is not permitted in our guesthouse. We also ask you to smoke in the rooms only on the balcony. You are welcome to smoke on the terrace or in front of the front door.

Pets

We would like to point out that animals are not permitted in our guest house.
